Report a mistake

How it works

We check every report against the store’s own website, its business listing or the source you give us, usually within 5 working days. When a fact was wrong we fix the page and list the change below.

We correct facts: hours, addresses, what a store buys or accepts, its terms. We don’t remove review counts or complaints because a store disagrees with them; they are what shoppers wrote. Your email is only used to ask about your report, and is never published.
